Application Scenario
Machine advantage
1.Adopting Siemens control system and introducing touch screen, the stroke position, spindle speed, and feed pressure can be set arbitrarily to achieve better control of inner hole accuracy. The machine tool is equipped with a complete cooling and filtration system, which mainly consists of a magnetic separator and a paper belt filter, with a filtration accuracy of ≤ 30um.
2. The device has short stroke and pause stroke functions, making it easy to correct the hole shape. The grinding head has an automatic expansion and contraction system, and the expansion and contraction pressure can be controlled arbitrarily. The processing method can be switched between "quantitative" and "constant pressure" at will.
3. The equipment is equipped with a shifting gearbox, which can conveniently obtain the spindle torque and speed according to the aperture size. The device has an NC controlled overload protection system. The equipment is equipped with an automatic compensation system for oil and stone wear.
