1. This model is a two axis CNC machine with an independent electrical box. The machine guide adopts a double V-shaped pre loaded, high-precision cross rolling roller guide, with high precision and good rigidity. The machine tool adopts a high-speed and high-power electric grinding wheel shaft, powered by a static frequency converter, with low energy consumption and low noise.

2. The feed mechanism adopts a servo motor to control the ball screw for feed and adjustment compensation. The electrical control system adopts imported original components. The grinding parameters of the machine tool can be input-output through the touch screen, achieving human-machine dialogue and simple and convenient operation. The feed controlled by the machine tool servo system has the characteristics of high accuracy, small error, and fast speed.

3. The machine tool clamp is equipped with a hydraulic power source. After selecting a hydraulic fixture, the parts can be automatically clamped and released during clamping. The machine tool can be equipped with an end face grinding device, which can complete inner hole and end face grinding in one clamping process, ensuring the perpendicularity between the workpiece end face and the inner hole.
