Main components

Tool magazine
The tool changing device is driven by a cam motor, and during processing, the tool library can rotate to the next tool to be used to wait for the tool changing command, which can minimize non cutting time. At the same time, it can be equipped with 24 tools {specially selected 32 tools}, making processing diversified. (tool to tool 2.5 seconds; cutting to cutting 3 seconds).
 

Spindle head
The appropriate proportion of contact length between the spindle and the column provides stable support for the spindle. The spindle head is equipped with an independent cooling system, which keeps the heat of the spindle head within a reasonable range, reduces the thermal extension of the spindle, and ensures machining accuracy.
 

Pre pulled ball screw
Adopting Taiwan HWNC3 grinding grade pre tensioned nut screw, eliminating reverse clearance, high rigidity after heat treatment, wear resistance, torque resistance, and ultra long service life, ensuring high-precision machining of the machine. The use of precision customer accumulation oil injection machine further ensures the lubrication effect of the axial feed mechanism.
 

Roller guide rail
