2. The electrical control system of the machine tool is equipped with a CNC system, and the execution system uses a CNC servo driver servo motor. The longitudinal movement of the machine tool workbench and the lateral feed motion of the grinding wheel holder are both driven by servo motors through ball screws, resulting in high feed accuracy; Configure the operation panel, with a user-friendly human-machine interface and convenient operation. Other systems can also be used according to user needs, and online automatic measuring instruments can be configured.
3. The operation of the machine tool is simple and practical, and it can be easily operated with simple training. The operator can automatically process workpieces of different sizes by setting the parameters of longitudinal and tangential grinding through the CNC operation panel. This machine tool is equipped with a workbench that automatically jumps gears and can grind multiple steps of a work. The multiple steps can be arranged in any longitudinal or cutting grinding sequence to grind industrial parameters.
4. Equipped with automatic grinding wheel trimming function and automatic compensation function. The spindle bearing of the grinding wheel rack adopts four tile dynamic pressure bearings, and high-precision dynamic and static pressure spindles can also be selected according to user requirements. The moving parts of the machine tool are automatically lubricated, and the tailstock is operated by both hydraulic and manual methods. The workpiece, oil pump, and cooling pump are respectively driven by separate motors. According to customer needs, the headstock can be equipped with a variable frequency motor to achieve stepless speed change.
