1.The body and main components are made of high-grade cast iron FC-30 and cast in one go. After artificial normalization heat treatment, and then natural aging treatment. The precision size can reach the micrometer level, ensuring high precision of the basic components of the equipment.

2. After quenching and carburizing heat treatment, the spindle is subjected to computer-controlled deep cooling treatment. Its surface hardness reaches HRC-62 ° or above, and the effective hardening layer on one side reaches 1.5mm or above. The spindle adopts a dynamic pressure oil film spindle, with a runout of less than 0.001mm.

3. The adjustment wheel spindle drive motor adopts a servo motor, with a speed control of 0-320rpm (digital control). The speed can be set arbitrarily and adjusted to the optimal linear speed. When the outer diameter of the adjustment wheel changes, the same linear speed can still be maintained to grind the best product.

4. The automatic lubrication circulating oil and oil pressure adjustment device of the spindle are the same oil pump, with an external oil tank for easy cleaning and oil change. The circulating oil of the spindle is filtered through two oil filtering devices and equipped with a pressure controller to ensure the service life of the spindle. The cooling adopts a dual circuit cooling system to ensure the constant temperature of the spindle oil.

5. Double V-shaped track structure: Adopting a double V-shaped guide rail structure, the surface is finely carved by hand and continuously lubricated, ensuring the accuracy and precision of the feed. The circuit system is aesthetically pleasing, durable, and has good operability. The increase in height and size of the electrical box not only facilitates operation, but also facilitates heat dissipation of the circuit system.
